This policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information when you visit the English section of Coin360 (coin360.com.br/en), and the choices and rights you have, including under U.S. state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended.

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

  • Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, pages you visit, time on page, and how you arrived at the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Information you give us: your name, email address, and message when you contact us or leave a comment.

We will never ask for your passwords, bank or card details, Social Security number, or copies of your documents. We don’t collect any information from the apps we write about, and we don’t know which apps you install.

4. Who we share information with

We don’t sell your personal information for money. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site, and with authorities when the law requires it:

  • Web hosting, which stores the site and its technical logs.
  • Google, for analytics (Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager) and advertising (Google AdSense). You can learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services on its partner sites page.
  • YouTube, when you play an embedded video. We use privacy-enhanced mode, which doesn’t set cookies until you press play.

Some privacy laws treat sharing information for personalized (cross-context behavioral) advertising as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. You can opt out at any time, as explained below.

5. Cookies and your ad choices

We use essential, analytics, and advertising cookies. Details are in our cookie policy. To turn off personalized Google ads, visit My Ad Center. You can also opt out of interest-based ads from many companies at the Digital Advertising Alliance’s WebChoices tool. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of sale or sharing for the browser that sends it.

6. How long we keep information

  • Contact messages: for as long as needed to respond, and then as long as required by law.
  • Comments: while they remain published, or until you ask us to remove them.
  • Cookie data: for the periods described in our cookie policy.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on the state where you live (for example, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, and others with consumer privacy laws), you may have the right to:

  • Know and access the personal information we have about you.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Delete your personal information.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising.
  • Not be discriminated against for using these rights.

To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we’ll reply within the time the law requires (usually 45 days). You can use an authorized agent to make a request for you. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response.

8. Children’s privacy

This site is meant for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the entire site.

10. Visitors outside the United States

If you visit from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in other countries. Where local law gives you additional rights, such as under the GDPR in the European Union, you can exercise them by contacting us.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the law or in the site. The current version is always the one published on this page, with its last updated date.
